Don't hesitate to make this purchase if you are looking for a budget friendly beginner/advanced crawler. This Traxxas TRX-4 is dynamite for all RC crawler enthusiasts. It's completely perfect as is but it can also be modified to your taste should you desire something different. The platform is solid from Traxxas and the only ding I'd give it is that I personally would like to see more metal parts. Don't get me wrong, it's completely solid like this but I prefer to see my RCs with more metal for durability, longevity, and less maintenance. Just my opinion of course!
