Three Fast Replacements
DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) offers three replacements in two years, including two chances to use Flyaway Coverage. When it comes to accidents like water damage, collisions, or missing aircraft, you can have your product replaced for a small additional cost. For DJI Mavic 3 Classic, the first DJI Care Refresh replacement fee is $129, and the second replacement fee is $159, and the third replacement fee is $199. If you use the replacement available for Flyaway Coverage, the replacement fee will be $519.
Flyaway Coverage
DJI Care Refresh Flyaway Coverage covers situations where aircraft goes missing during flight, allowing you to enjoy worry-free flights.
* To ensure that your aircraft can enjoy Flyaway replacement service, please bind your DJI account and device with the aircraft in advance through the app. Flyaway replacement service cannot be used if the account or device was not bound before the flyaway incident occurred.
Full Coverage, Hassle-Free
Accidental damage is covered by the replacement service, including collisions, water damage, etc. The replacement units are brand-new products or equivalent to brand-new products in performance and reliability.
Extended Warranty, More Security By purchasing DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan), the warranty period is extended by 12 months, covering the warranty service period without interruption.
*The product's extended warranty period is based on the purchase date of DJI Care Refresh and the warranty of the product or components.
Save Time With Express
Express is an option that allows you to skip the damage assessment and quotation process. A DJI service center will ship you a replacement as soon as they receive your product.
Rewards for Safe Flight
Throughout the service period, if you haven't used any replacements services, DJI will provide you with a 1-year warranty extension as reward.
Free Shipping
DJI will cover shipping costs both ways anytime a product is sent back for replacement service.
Exclusive Service
DJI Care has exclusive technical service channels to provide support, including online chat and call support. Your requests will be transferred to DJI Care service channels to provide you with express replacement.

Important Notes:
1. DJI Care Refresh can be bound to your DJI product when it meets one of the following criteria:
· Brand new and unactivated product
· Aircraft or gimbal activated within the last 48 hours
If the product does not meet the above conditions, please apply for video verification or contact DJI Support to send the product back. DJI Care Refresh can be purchased within 72 hours of receiving the purchasing notice.
2. DJI Care Refresh is only eligible in the region where it was purchased. DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region to enjoy the full-service benefits.
